Thank you for shopping at Buakid. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time — because your pets deserve the best, and so do you.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is confirmed.


SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.


SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the qualifying amount.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 business days. You can use this number to track your order at 17track.net or through the tracking link provided in your email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Buakid ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buakid is not responsible for any additional charges incurred after shipment.


LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at buakidpets@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue promptly. We will offer a replacement or full refund for any order confirmed as lost in transit.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Buakid is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at [your support email] and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. You will receive a tracking number for each individual shipment.
